NissanIndia has launched all-new sedan based on Micra hatchback, it will be sold as Sunny in India. The word ‘Sunny’ according to Nissan depicts sun god, which also means good beginning in the morning. The model launched in India is 10th generation of Sunny and it made its global debut at the 8th China (Guangzhou) International Automobile Exhibition in December 2010. Earlier, it was expected that the new sedan will not be sold as ‘Sunny’ in India because ‘Sunny’ name was registered with Bajaj.
The new sedan car in Indian auto market Nissan Sunny has shining exterior and eye-catching interior. The exterior of Nissan Sunny looks aggressive with larger headlamps, cute smiling chrome grille, separate fog lamp cluster and lower air intake. The Nissan Sunny has a sports car like body color rear view mirrors, body color mud flaps, door handles and bumper. The rear side of the sedan matches the sporty looks of the front with new style tail lamp cluster and designer slopes.
